5S foundation for stable and efficient operation

The Competence Group for Efficient Production in Thamsklyngen decided last year to initiate a joint project in lean and safe operations. In early January, a kickoff meeting was held with MainTech where we agreed on a progress plan. The advantage of running this as a joint effort is that we can learn from each other's mistakes and competency gaps. Innovasjon Norge is also involved as a financial supporter.

The participants in this cluster project are Elpro Solutions, ReMidt, Orkland Energi, Orkel Direkte, and Norsk Kylling. The project will be completed by April.
